Sapore Italian Restaurant storefront and outdoor dining at NUS University Town

Our Story

A Little Taste of Italy

Sapore has been part of NUS University Town since 2011. Our family restaurant brings people together over Italian food, from a relaxed lunch to dinner with friends. Good ingredients, familiar favourites and a warm welcome are at the heart of what we do.

The People Behind Sapore

At Sapore, hospitality begins with our people. Alongside our owner, Chef Winnie and Jim, who runs the restaurant, our team helps make every visit feel personal. We also offer employment opportunities to people with disabilities, recognising the skills and contribution each colleague brings. Here in NUS University Town, inclusion is part of everyday life around our tables.
