I had an absolutely incredible experience at Sapore, thanks to Jim and Bhaumik. Our aim was to host a memorable outdoor evening event, complete with games, for our esteemed customers. During the preparation phase, we had to consider several crucial aspects, such as selecting food and drinks that perfectly matched the event's theme and keeping a close eye on the unpredictable weather. Jim and Bhaumik demonstrated remarkable patience throughout the planning process, assuring me that there was indoor space available in case of rain.
Sapore's exceptional service surpassed our expectations. They gladly accommodated our request for canned beers, even though they were not initially listed on their menu. It was evident that Sapore genuinely understood the importance of aligning with our theme and working within our budget for the event.
To our surprise, we discovered a last-minute requirement for a microphone and speaker, which we had not considered during the initial planning stages. Fortunately, Sapore had the necessary equipment readily available, proving to be a true lifesaver for our event.
The event turned out to be an absolute success, leaving everyone thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience and the delectable food served.

I contacted Jim, the events manager of the restaurant for an urgent event and I am deeply impressed by how quick he and his team were! Within a couple of hours, the proposed menu for our budget came in, and replies for the follow-up emails were very quick as well :)
And on the event day itself, the place was already blocked and set up for us more than an hour prior our event time and to top it up, Jim was so lovely to provide us with a portable sound system though we were not expecting it!
The food was delicious and my favourite was the chicken parmigiana and seabass - super tasty and fresh :)
The crew was very attentive as well and reactive to requests.
The only reason I give the atmosphere 4 stars was because the place is a bit small and some of our guests were seated very close to a group of expats who were talking very loudly and they couldn't really hear our speaker.
My recommendation would be to meet the minimum spend and book the entire restaurant to yourself :)

Hosted a corporate lunch event and catered tea break from Sapore Restaurant during April. The restaurant ambience was warm and the staff were friendly and hospitable.
Jim was very understanding and accommodated our request to customize the menu to cater to specific requirements, also providing constructive feedback in ensuring that our event progressed smoothly.

Organising a buffet lunch for a group of 90 people proved to be a challenging task, but Sapore successfully delivered outstanding results. The food selection was diverse, and our students with special dietary needs were exceptionally catered for.
Jim's communication was efficient and seamless, despite battling COVID; he even made an effort to keep me informed through WhatsApp.
We are truly grateful for the exceptional service provided.
